I, Layne C. Savage, am an attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of my clients. You deserve an attorney who zealously defends your rights, and I am just such an attorney. Ultimately, my goal is to always obtain the best possible outcome for my clients – whether the case involves a traffic ticket or an alleged assault charge. I am admitted to practice in all Rhode Island courts – District, Superior, Traffic and Municipal, and also in RI Federal Court; I am admitted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts also.
I graduated locally from Roger Williams University School of Law in beautiful Bristol, RI. While there, I also obtained an Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the RWU School of Justice Studies. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Maryland, located right outside of our nation’s fine capital of D.C.- a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
"I work with clients in any situation to get the best outcome for them, their families, and their future."
Throughout my educational years, I have had many unique opportunities, such as aiding a professor as a Graduate Research Assistant in a research study analyzing the ability to spot false confessions. During law school, I interned with the RI Attorney General’s office and the Pawtucket Law Department.
My educational background and experience has shaped and continues to intensify my dedication to the protection of rights guaranteed each person by the Constitution. The legal process can be difficult and convoluted, and I am devoted to aiding those in need of legal counsel.
