Drug Possession Lawyer Layne C. Savage will protect your rights and help you navigate though the legal system. Drug possession is a serious crime. A conviction carries substantial penalties and can result in a permanent criminal record that will negatively affect you for the rest of your life. It is in your best interests to fight a drug charge and keep it off your record.
Have you been charged with drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, drug delivery, or selling drugs? If you have, you will need an aggressive defense attorney to strenuously defend and assert your rights.

Penalties for this can range from probation, along with fines and community service, to up to a year in jail.
